YBN University Ranchi caters to PhD programs across different disciplines such as engineering, management, science, humanities as well as many among all. Among all the applicants, students that are going to the PhD program will be chosen through an exam in the national level + interview.
While applying for the PhD, the candidate needs to provide the transcript, GRE scores (minimum of 320 in verbal and 340 in quantitative) the three recommendation letters, a personal statement, and CV that reflects the academic accomplishment, experience in research, and compatibility with the program. 1. Discover in which discipline are you interested and look for advisors in the same department. In addition to your interests, you should also connect to faculty mentors who specialize in the specific areas that you would like to explore. Establish these connections early.
2. Complete such applications’ tests like GRE and SAT. Guarantee your test scores are at least above the program's minimal eligibility.
3. Gather all required documents: programs usually involve transcripts, CV/resume, letters of recommendation, personal statement, sample writing, application form, application fee.
4. Complete the program's application processes within the designated timeframes. Their size differs between departments. Visit their website.
5. Fill in your online application, or send the hard copy together with your supporting documents. Make sure that you go through the list once more to ensure that it is complete, and then submit it.
