Eklavya University follows the standard procedure of providing undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral courses in various fields like science, commerce, arts, engineering, medicine etc. The admission in all Eklavya University courses is through the entrance test conducted by the university and counseling session.
For entry level undergraduate programs, students required to have passed class 12th or equivalent from any recognized board. The entry requirement includes the mark obtained in the qualifying examination and the university entry test. Some programs like MBBS also conduct interview process also.
This process is a form filler whereby students apply for a number of programs by submitting applications that carry different forms at the same time. They are able to keep the half-filled forms on the saved folder and are then permitted to edit the submitted applications during the application window when it is opened. Students are now able to follow their application from the time of submission to the time when the decision is made.

1. Pay a visit the Eklavya University website (www.eklavyauniversity.ac.in)
2. Go to the section Admission and pick the one that leads to the applying process.
3. Choose your course/program and begin to input your application information on the admission application form.
4. Make sure that the areas, i.e., personal and educational ones, contact information, have all the details on the form.
5. Submit the scanned copies of documents in essence, photograph, signature, age proof, educational certificates, etc. as per given the specifications.
6. Pay the application fee if you have selected any of the options like credit/debit card, net banking or any other such modes.
7. Make sure you have carefully checked all the information you have entered in the form and be sure that it is correct before submitting it.
8. The completed application will be tracked and a unique application number and a password will be issued upon submission. Make sure you are taking down the list for use in the future.
9. Track the application status of your admission via the admissions number through othe university website.
10. Should you be accepted, you will be contacted via email or phone number provided. Kindly check your email for the acceptance letter. Thereafter, please complete any other remaining admissions procedures as per the university guidelines.
