Candidates for the Industrial Training Institute Competitive Admission Test (ITICAT) are given an online admit card, which is released by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) each year. Applicants who have applied for the Bihar IT ICAT 2024 are instructed to download the admit card from bceceboard.bihar.gov.in by logging in with their username and birth date. 

The ITICAT admit card is a compulsory ticket that each and every candidate must have when going to the exam hall. Absent of the exam admission card, candidates will not be permitted inside the exam hall. How to Check Bihar ITICAT Admit Card 2024

1. Go to the website of the official Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) which is the exam conducting body. The website expected is probably to be bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.

2. Home page will contain link named 'ITICAT 2024 Admit Card'. Just press it. The system will provide a link to download the admit card a couple of weeks before the exam.

3. Your browser will be redirected to a new page. Here, you have to type in the application number and the date of birth you provided at the beginning of your application for ITICAT. Fill in this and others requested information and click the submit button. 

4. The screen will display your Bihar ITICAT 2024 Ticket/Admit card and you will be given to download it. Get your e-admit card and print it. 

5. The things you should check on your admit card are your name, roll number, exam name, exam date, time, and exam center address precisely. 

6. In the event of any wrong item shown in the admit card of ITICAT, BCECEB should be immediately notified for required rectification.

7. During the exam, you should have an electronic version of the admit card on display on your screen, in addition to printing it out and carrying it to the exam venue together with an original ID proof in compliance with the requirement to avoid any problems. 

Documents Required For Bihar ITICAT Exam 2024

1. Admit Card

The admit card should be saved on candidates’ phone or printed copy and presents during the exam slot at the respective exam center. The admit card has the vital details like candidate name and roll number, exam date and time, and the exam center details.

2. Valid ID Proof For A Photo

The candidates must present their ID Proof at the exam center which have photo of them like Aadhar card, PAN card, driving license, passport, etc. During the entry process this ID Proof will be verified to establish the identity of the candidate.

3. Two papers of face (size passport).

In line with this, a photocopy of two most recent passport size photographs of the candidate is required to be submitted at the time of the registration process. The photos will be linked with the candidate through the blockchain to ensure their authenticity.

4. Black/Blue Oder Pen/Ballpoint Pen

Candidates must therefore take a pen with them; it should be either black or blue and a ballpoint pen. Writing with any kind of pencil or pen (or any other colored writing instruments) will not be allowed. Specify whether pen or ballpoint pen is needed for filling out the OMR sheet.

5. Personal Hand Sanitizer, Masks.

As the present scenario keeps in mind, prospective candidates must carry with himself/her a small hand sanitizer and a face mask for the safety and hygiene aspects. We ask you to comply with the mandatory face covers.

6. Transparent Water Bottle

A see through safe water boiler for drinking water will be provided for the candidates convenience during the long hours exam. Water is the primary source of hydration that maintains candidates' concentration and mental alertness. No plastic should be used for the packaging of the material to be frisked.

1. Candidate's Name: On the admit card, the candidate’s full name as mentioned in the application form will be there. During the examination the candidate's identity gets verified because of this biometric data.

What is Bihar ITICAT Exam?

The BITICAT is the exam for entry into Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) of Bihar, conducted by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB), for the state. The ITI selection test aims to choose qualified students and enable them to attend different technical and vocational programs offered by public and private ITIs in the state of Bihar.

The BITICAT exam is written and lasts for 2 hours with the candidates going through 100 multiple choice questions which are distributed across four subject areas; General Knowledge, General Science, Mathematics and General English or Hindi. Candidates are required to clear both the individual cut-off marks in each section and the aggregate marks to pass this written exam. Approved list of the candidates will then undergo document verification and at last the merit list and seat allotment release.
